Timing is perhaps the most important part of shooting a view that includes fresh food without the need to prepare all the food specifically for the shoot. The avaiable time to shoot between final food presentation and dozens of people entering for lunch was 10 minutes. This Bistro is part of a larger campus located at the Huntington at Nashua, New Hampshire.
